SHIPPING
How long will it take to get my order?
We try our best to process orders within 24 hours of a business day. Once completed, you’ll get a shipping confirmation and you’ll be able to track your order’s journey to you.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, FedEx, or local deliveries from Toronto so transit times can vary depending on where you live. Orders within Ontario usually arrive between 1-3 business days, orders shipping outside our home province can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to get to you. For rural and remote areas, it could take up to 13 business days to arrive, so please keep that in mind when placing your order!

We proudly ship to every province in Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Free! We offer free standard shipping via Canada Post for all our items. However, if you're in a time crunch and would like to opt for express shipping, the shipping costs are calculated via Fed Ex based on your area of residence.
Help! I received a tracking number and it's not working!
Once orders are processed for shipment, it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update. If your package is in transit and the tracking information has not been updated in over a week, please contact us at blushingtouch@hotmail.com
Do you have a brick & mortar location?
No, we are strictly an online only retailer. This enables us to transfer the cost of owning a physical storefront into purchasing the highest quality material and maintaining our high standards of production.
What about local deliveries?
Local delivery is free and only applicable in the GTA within a defined delivery zone. We deliver locally all 7 days of the week. If you need help determining your location's eligibility for local delivery, feel free to contact us at blushingtouch@hotmail.com
GIFTING
Can I place a gift order without the recipient seeing the purchase amount?
Of course. We never include the price of purchase within the package. The recipient will only know that this package was sent by you.
Can I include a personal note with my order?
Definitely. Simply go to your cart and click the "Add note to your order" near the bottom left of your screen. Enter what you want included. We will handwrite this message and include within your package.
PRESERVED ROSES
What are eternity roses?
Eternity roses or preserved roses are real roses that go through a treatment to maintain it's delicate texture and colour for a great deal longer than fresh flowers. The process includes drying and light chemical treatments.
How long do they last?
When properly cared for, preserved roses can last up to a year from the purchase date.
How do I take care of them?
It's easy, avoid exposing the roses to direct sunlight, water and large temperature fluctuations. Preserved roses are meant to be enjoyed indoors.
